1.1 Do I need to make an appointment to see a Pedorthist?
No, you do not need to make an appointment with a Pedorthist. We have a Pedorthist on staff during all business hours.
1.2 What are Shippy Shoes hours?
Sunday: Noon- 5:00pm
Monday-Friday: 9:00am- 7:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am-5:00pm
Regular business hours are subject to change due to weather and holidays.
1.3 Does Shippy Shoes do shoe repair?
No, Shippy Shoes does not do shoe repair at this time.
1.4 Does Shippy Shoes take insurance?
No, Shippy Shoes does not bill for Insurance or submit for any sort of Insurance claims. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. We do not accept payments by HSA (Health Saving Account) or FSA (Flex Spending Account) cards as we are not an approved vendor for these programs.
1.5 Does Shippy Shoes take back worn shoes?
Refunds or exchanges will be accepted 30 days from date of original purchase.
All products must show no signs of wear or damage, including, but not limited to:
- Stains
- Markings
- Discoloration
- Odor
- Missing parts
- Inappropriate use/wear
We reserve the right to decline refunds or exchanges if we deem the returned product unacceptable. Any unauthorized returned product that is shipped back to our store will be discarded without refund.
1.6 Does Shippy Shoes have discount shoes?
Yes, Shippy Shoes does have discount shoes. We have a bargain room filled with discontinued brands, styles, colors and/ or sizes all at a discounted rate.
1.7 Does Shippy Shoes make custom orthotics?
Yes. Shippy Shoes does make custom orthotics through Aetrex, but are by appointment only. Please call to make an appointment 715-344-6993
1.8 Does Shippy Shoes carry Diabetic Shoes?
Yes, Shippy Shoes carries Anodyne Diabetic footwear.
1.9 Does Shippy Shoes carry Orthopedic shoes?
Yes, Shippy Shoes carries a few styles of Orthopedic shoes such as the New Balance 928 and 814.
1.10 Does Shippy Shoes offer extended sizes and widths?
Yes, Shippy Shoes offers a large range of sizes and widths from narrow to extra wide in certain styles for both Men and Women.
